Learn About Me! The Pleasure Is All Yours, I’m Sure…

All kidding aside, (Hah! Now, that seems quite impossible seeing as I am nothing but a kidder!) this is the page where you can read about me. Why you might want to do so, I am unsure. My life is not so extraordinary yet that it deserves this much documentation. I can only hope that you enjoy and/or respect my opinions and jokes and anger-driven rants! A fair word of warning, my writing is not usually this formal, but I’m in the middle of reading Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, and the language so proper has influenced me much like a British accent appears in a person who spends only a short week in the UK. It may be horribly fake and pretentious, but it’s wonderful fun! My apologies. I’m sure that my archaic speech will fade as I continue to prattle on and find myself at a loss for words to describe myself more eloquently.

Now, onto my profile! How should I present myself first? Well, let us begin with the basics. I reside in the wonderful Greater Vancouver area, or Lower Mainland, or GVRD, or however you wish to call it, in Canada. I attend Simon Fraser University pursuing a future in Graphic Design and possibly Media Arts. I can proudly tell you that I am a geek, as you may have already deduced from my blog’s title. Indeed, I follow many subjects with great passion! From comics, to literature, to video games, to electronics, to television, film, and animation, to history, to science (I do adore the Discovery Channel!). My hobbies also include watching and playing sports (and like the stereotypical Canadian, I am an avid fan of the sport of ice hockey), drawing and art, reading, watching television, film, and animation, enjoying the company of my friends, and much of the activities offered by the use of the internet.

In many instances, I proclaim myself to be a most awesome individual, though this is merely for the sake of humour, I assure you. ;)
